Refund policy

Returns, exchanges and refunds

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Opened or lightly used products are eligible for return if they remain in resalable condition. Exchanges depend on current availability. Email support@murmurlayer.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for instructions before sending an item back. Returns are sent by mail to the address provided in those instructions.

Return shipping

For a return or exchange unrelated to a product quality issue, you are responsible for the return-shipping cost. If the product has a quality issue, we cover the return-shipping cost.

Wrong, missing or damaged items

Please identify the item and include clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Refunds

After receiving a returned item, we will review it and email you about the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

Changes before dispatch

For an address correction or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be considered before fulfillment.
