1. Local media and storage · 本机素材与存储

Images, videos, filenames and generated media are processed in your browser and are not uploaded by our tools. Workspace drafts, media, preferences and downloaded models can be stored in your browser’s local storage, IndexedDB and cache. They remain until replaced or cleared by you or your browser. Export a project backup before clearing storage. We do not use your media to train AI models.

2. Account and payment records · 账号与支付记录

ChatGPT sign-in supplies a site-specific account ID and account email. We store the ID with trial batch identifiers, input counts, export status and timestamps to enforce the shared trial allowance and prevent duplicate charges to that allowance. Paid access records contain checkout and order references, payment and refund amounts, status and timestamps. Checkout may pass the account email and an order reference to Waffo Pancake. Waffo collects billing details and payment information; we do not store full card numbers or security codes. Support emails contain whatever information you choose to send. Please do not send source media unless needed for a support request and you intend to share it.

3. Providers and network data · 服务商与网络数据

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, account integration and application storage. Waffo Pancake provides checkout, payment records and receipts. Email providers deliver support messages. Loading depth or pose features downloads model or runtime files from Hugging Face or Google; those providers receive ordinary connection data such as IP address and browser headers, but no source images or videos. Hosting and security providers may also process IP addresses, request times and technical logs. Their infrastructure may process data outside your country. Their own policies govern their independent services.

4. Purpose, sharing and cookies · 用途、共享与 Cookie

We use account records to deliver trials and purchased access, payment references to reconcile payments and refunds, and correspondence to provide support. Security and legal-compliance purposes may also require processing. Where applicable, the basis is performance of our agreement, legitimate service/security interests, legal obligations or your consent. We do not sell personal data or run advertising pixels. On the public website, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, visits, referrers, device/browser information, country and page performance without analytics cookies. We do not send source media, account email or payment details to this analytics service. Necessary sign-in cookies and local preferences support functionality. You may clear them through your browser, which can sign you out or remove local projects. We disclose records only to the relevant service providers, when legally required, or with your authorization.

5. Retention and security · 保留与安全

Account and entitlement records are kept while needed to provide access and maintain accurate trial and purchase records. We review deletion requests and delete or anonymize records no longer needed; transaction, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be retained where required for legal obligations or unresolved claims. Support messages are kept while needed to resolve and document the request. Provider logs follow provider retention rules. HTTPS protects data in transit and payment secrets stay server-side; no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights · 选择与权利

Contact support@murmurlayer.com to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your application data, or to object to or restrict processing where applicable. We may verify control of the account before acting, and respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing or contact your local data-protection authority. Delete local projects through the workspace or browser settings. Deleting local data does not delete account or payment records; deleting account records may prevent restoring paid access. The tools are not directed at children; contact us if a child has provided account data improperly.

可联系支持邮箱申请查阅、更正、删除、可携带副本，或依法反对、限制处理；处理前可能核实账号控制权，并在适用法定期限内答复。基于同意的处理可撤回同意，亦可联系当地监管机构。本机项目可通过工作区或浏览器删除，但不自动删除账号或支付记录；删除账号记录可能影响恢复付费权益。工具不面向儿童，如发现儿童不当提供账号数据请联系我们。
