1. The service · 服务内容

Murmurlayer provides browser-based video frame extraction, storyboard splitting, video comparison, image depth / pose / line-art conversion and reference-asset exports. It supplies digital software access, not physical goods. Your source media is processed on your device. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and meet the age requirements of the sign-in and payment providers.

本站提供浏览器内的视频与图像处理、参考素材整理及导出，交付数字软件使用权，不销售实物。源素材在本机处理。使用者须有订立协议的能力，并符合登录和支付服务的年龄要求。

2. Free tools, trials and Pro · 免费与付费

Single-file tools are free. Signed-in users have 3 shared Pro batch trials, with up to 3 inputs per batch. Trials are counted when output is ready and export begins. Processing failures and repeat downloads of an unchanged authorized batch do not use another trial. Trials never automatically charge you.

单文件工具免费；登录后有 3 次共享 Pro 批量试用，每批最多 3 个输入。结果准备好并发起导出计次，处理失败和同一授权批次重复下载不重复扣次，试用不会自动收费。

Pro costs USD 19 once, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. There is no recurring billing or renewal. It grants permanent, non-transferable access for the purchasing account to the current Pro features, without a commercial batch-count limit; the 3-input technical limit remains. This access has no scheduled expiry while these features remain available. It does not promise indefinite hosting or include future separately sold products. The pricing page describes the included features.

3. Payment and delivery · 支付与交付

Waffo Pancake, acting through the merchant of record identified at checkout, handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts and payment enquiries under its buyer terms. We never receive your full card number or security code. Access is activated after verified payment confirmation. Use the intended account before purchasing; signing in with another account does not transfer the purchase. If activation fails, contact support with your order reference.

付款由收银台列明的 Waffo Pancake 记录商户处理，并适用其买家条款。本站不接收完整卡号或安全码；经验证的付款确认后开通权益。请在购买前登录正确账号，换账号不会转移购买记录；未开通请附订单编号联系支持。

4. Refunds and cancellation · 退款与取消

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro purchase. Email support@murmurlayer.com with your order reference. Duplicate charges and paid access that we cannot deliver also qualify. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days; processing and arrival depend on Waffo and your payment provider. Full refunds revoke paid access. You can stop using the tools at any time; there is no subscription to cancel. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

首次购买 Pro 后 14 天内可申请全额退款；重复扣款和无法交付的付费权益同样可申请。请将订单编号发送至支持邮箱。我们争取在 2 个工作日内确认收到，处理和到账时间取决于 Waffo 及支付机构。全额退款后撤销付费权益。可随时停止使用，无须取消订阅；法定撤回、退款及其他消费者权利不受影响。

5. Your content and account · 内容与账号

You retain your rights in source media and resulting files, subject to others’ rights and applicable licenses. Only process content you are entitled to use. We do not claim ownership of your media or use it to train models. You are responsible for your login, local backups and reviewing outputs. Do not infringe copyright, privacy or other rights; create illegal or abusive content; misrepresent people deceptively; or attack, bypass or abuse account and payment protections.

你保留源素材和结果文件中的自身权利，同时须尊重第三方权利和许可。仅处理有权使用的内容；我们不主张素材所有权，也不用于训练模型。请保护登录信息、保存备份并检查结果，不得侵权、违法、欺骗性冒充他人或攻击及绕过账号与支付保护。

6. Availability and suspension · 可用性与停用

Outputs may be inaccurate and performance depends on device capability, browser support and third-party model downloads. Keep backups: clearing browser storage can remove projects. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that every source file or device will work. We may restrict access for material abuse, fraud or legal requirements, and may update or discontinue features. If paid access cannot be delivered, contact us for a remedy or refund. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

输出可能不准确，性能取决于设备、浏览器及第三方模型下载。清除浏览器存储可能丢失项目，请自行备份。在法律允许范围内，服务按实际可用状态提供，不保证所有素材或设备兼容。严重滥用、欺诈或法律要求可能导致账号受限；功能可能更新或停止。如付费权益无法交付，可要求补救或退款。本条款不排除依法不得排除的责任和权利。

7. Privacy, changes and contact · 隐私与联系

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Material changes will be announced on the site before taking effect where practical; they will not retroactively change an existing purchase price or remove mandatory rights. Contact support to resolve issues or request account-data deletion. Applicable mandatory consumer protections take precedence over these terms.

隐私政策说明数据处理方式。重要变更将在可行情况下提前在站内公布，不追溯修改已有订单价格或剥夺法定权利。问题解决或账号数据删除均可联系支持邮箱；适用的强制性消费者保护规定优先。
