Wrong, missing or damaged items
Identify the item and include clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
Returns and exchanges within 30 days
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges depend on current availability. For a return or exchange unrelated to a product quality issue, you are responsible for the return-shipping cost. If the product has a quality issue, we cover the return-shipping cost. Please contact us for instructions before sending an item back.
Changes before dispatch
For an address correction or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be considered before fulfillment.
