Destination, timing and cost
We hand orders to the carrier within 4 days. Estimated delivery is 8–15 calendar days from order placement for destinations available at checkout. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact support@murmurlayer.com if you need a destination-specific estimate before ordering.
For an available order, review the shipping charges displayed at checkout before making payment.
Changing your address
Send your order number and the requested correction as soon as possible. Address changes or cancellation can only be considered before fulfillment; a request does not itself confirm that a change has been made.
A delivery issue
Contact us with your order number and the issue you are seeing. For damaged packaging or items, include clear photographs so the situation can be reviewed.
