These terms apply to orders placed through murmurlayer.com. Contact support@murmurlayer.com if you need help with an order.
Products and configurations
Check the individual product page for current dimensions, options, prices and availability. Optional pieces are sold separately unless your selected configuration expressly includes them. Devices and chargers shown in scene photographs are not included.
Prices and checkout
The price, currency, available payment methods and shipping charges for your selected configuration are shown before you complete checkout. A configuration marked unavailable cannot be purchased through the configurator.
Shipping
Review the shipping charge at checkout. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not published for every destination; email us with your destination and configuration if you need a current estimate before ordering.
Returns and order issues
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order; exchanges depend on availability. You pay return shipping for a request unrelated to product quality; we cover it for a product quality issue. Please read our returns and refunds information for the process and contact us before sending an item back.
Changes before dispatch
For an address correction or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be considered before fulfillment.
